THE ORGANS OF STATE ADMINISTRATION
Executive Council
The Executive Council is the main executive body that develops and implements the state’s policy in various spheres. The Council is headed by the President and includes ministers responsible for specific areas.
Legislative Assembly
The Legislative Assembly is the primary legislative body that makes laws and decisions that govern the state. The Assembly is made up of elected representatives of citizens who work in the interests of their constituents.
Judicial system
The judicial system of the United Digital Kingdom provides justice and protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens. It includes several levels of courts that hear civil, criminal and administrative cases.
UNITED DIGITAL KINGDOM
The Digital State includes eight planets and two solar system space objects.
The international legal status of a digital state in space does not contradict the law on space and the United Nations resolution of 19 December 1966.
According to Article 3 of the Montevideo Convention, “The political existence of the State does not depend on recognition by other States”. The Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States is a treaty. Today, it is part of customary international law. The treaty was signed at Montevideo, Uruguay, on December 26, 1933, at the Seventh International Conference of American States.
The state as a person of international law should possess the following qualifications:
We have a territory on the planets of the solar system, so we are not a virtual, but a full-fledged state.
Montevideo Convention.
But the state is distinguished from other organizations by the following main features:
1. Territory
This is a territorial organization of power, i.e. the power of the state extends within the state territorial boundaries, has a regulatory impact on all persons located on the territory of the state, regardless of their citizenship, nationality, profession and other characteristics.
2. People
This is the population living on a certain territory, having a certain connection with the state (citizenship, nationality). We have a population and we provide citizenship.
3. Public power
The state necessarily forms a public authority, separated from the society, and not coinciding with the population of the country. We have authority.
We meet all the legal requirements of any theories of state and law that have been formed on planet Earth, but we have chosen the Montevideo Convention for ourselves.
Recognition by other states is not required, i.e. the convention enshrines a declaratory theory of statehood.
The United Digital Kingdom fully complies with the norms of the Montevideo Convention.
